A developer led housing site for 55 Dwellings in Braunton, North Devon. Fearnley Lott Architects provided full service for the development from Master Planning to Technical design including SAP Calculations.

We developed designs for all the houses to suit the site’s constraints, but also take historical reference to some of the more traditional buildings in centre of Braunton.
