A development of 27 commercial units in Barnstaple, North Devon. The design brief for a pension fund development which included a number of commercial letting units in addition to flagship offices for one company.

Designs were developed to be flexible for the tenants, and although occupation of single units, or the jointing of multiple units. The whole development was let prior to completion and remains a popular development.

Fearnley Lott Architects prepared the planning application and technical design package and provided site assistance during the build program.
