10 New Houses

Completing Summer 2023 – a high end development of 10 dwellings on a sloping site on the outskirts of Appledore. We were appointed to carry out the reserved matters planning application, along with Technical Design, and construction phase support.

All of developer packages are tailored specifically to suit the level of information that the developer requires. In this instance, due to the technical challenges of the site, we provided full construction detailing working with a number of other consultants to ensure technical compliance.

We are experienced with the requirements of Warranty Providers such as NHBC and LABC and providing information to satisfy these, and make it simpler for the developer.
